Prodalim, a global juice and specialty ingredients company based in Rotterdam, has acquired René Laurent, a century-old beverage flavours specialist based in the Grasse area of France, from International Flavours & Fragrances Inc. (IFF). The deal brings René Laurent into Prodalim's Beverage Compounds business unit to strengthen its flavour capabilities, in-house distillation and extraction expertise, and broaden its beverage solutions offering.

AromataGroup / Ambienta Acquire MML Capital's Stake in Nactis Flavours

AromataGroup, backed by private equity firm Ambienta SGR, acquired MML Capital’s 30% stake in French flavour manufacturer Nactis Flavours as part of a transaction that creates the enlarged holding Nactarome. The deal consolidates European flavour and ingredient capabilities and supports continued international growth for Nactis (which now generates ~40% of revenue outside France).

Axxence Corporation Acquires Purely Natural

Abenex Acquires Tartefrais to Form Naturellement Gourmand (NG Group)
