Applied Process will remain an entity within Aalberts' Material Technology / Surface Technologies business and retain its brand and management team following the sale, which marks an exit for High Street Capital.

Aalberts N.V. Acquires Sentinel Performance Solutions Group Limited

Aalberts N.V. has agreed to acquire 100% of Sentinel Performance Solutions Group Limited, a Daresbury (United Kingdom) specialist in water quality products for heating and cooling systems that generates approximately GBP 20 million in annual revenue and employs ~60 FTE. The acquisition will integrate Sentinel into Aalberts' Hydronic Flow Control segment to strengthen its product portfolio, drive geographic expansion using Aalberts' sales organization, and establish Sentinel as Aalberts' competence centre for water quality.

Souter Investments to acquire Premier Hytemp

Souter Investments has agreed terms to acquire Premier Hytemp and is partnering with CEO Mohit Sreen in a management buyout that will make the management team significant shareholders. Premier Hytemp is a global provider of precision engineered alloy components and turnkey metals solutions for the energy industry, operating facilities in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Malaysia; Souter says it will invest to grow the company’s capacity and capabilities.

Thermal Technology Distribution Solutions (TTDS), a distribution platform backed by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Proheat Inc., a La Grange, Kentucky-based distributor of industrial heaters, sensors, controls and technical support for manufacturers. Proheat's management, including President and CEO Steven W. Button, will remain with the company and retain a significant equity stake; terms were not disclosed.

OTC Industrial Technologies Acquires Premier Equipment Corporation and Premier Control Systems

OTC Industrial Technologies, a Columbus, Ohio-based industrial distributor and service provider, acquired Premier Equipment Corporation (PEC) and Premier Control Systems (PCS), expanding its rotating equipment distribution and control-panel fabrication capabilities across Louisiana and Texas. The acquisitions add roughly 85 employees and six locations, strengthening OTC’s presence in the petrochemical, oil & gas, and power end markets.
