Aalberts N.V. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Premier Thermal Solutions LLC (PT), a Lansing, Michigan-based surface treatment and heat-treating services provider with nine locations across the US industrial Midwest. The acquisition expands Aalberts' surface technologies footprint and capabilities in North America, adding approximately $60 million in revenue and ~250 employees.

Provest Equity Partners Acquires Advanced Process Solutions

Provest Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm founded by Suhas Uppalapati and Kerry Byler, has acquired Advanced Process Solutions (formerly Advanced Plastic Services). The transaction closed July 31, 2025; APS is a precision manufacturer serving semiconductor and energy end markets (including Texas Instruments) and will serve as Provest’s first platform investment to expand capabilities and customer reach in semiconductor and energy supply chains.

Aalberts N.V. Acquires Sentinel Performance Solutions Group Limited

Aalberts N.V. has agreed to acquire 100% of Sentinel Performance Solutions Group Limited, a Daresbury (United Kingdom) specialist in water quality products for heating and cooling systems that generates approximately GBP 20 million in annual revenue and employs ~60 FTE. The acquisition will integrate Sentinel into Aalberts' Hydronic Flow Control segment to strengthen its product portfolio, drive geographic expansion using Aalberts' sales organization, and establish Sentinel as Aalberts' competence centre for water quality.

Plasma Processes Acquires Metaltech Machine & Tool

Plasma Processes, a Huntsville-based provider of ultra-high temperature materials, coatings and propulsion systems, has acquired Metaltech Machine & Tool, a Scottsboro, Alabama wire EDM-focused machine shop that has supported customers for 27 years and supplied Plasma for over 15 years. The purchase vertically integrates key machining and metal-finishing capabilities into the Plasma Processes platform, which is backed by private equity firm Blue Sea Capital.

Bain Capital Private Equity to Acquire Harrington Process Solutions

Bain Capital Private Equity has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Harrington Process Solutions (also known as Harrington Industrial Plastics) from Nautic Partners. Harrington, a Chino, California–headquartered specialty distributor of piping and fluid process products with more than 60 U.S. locations, will remain led by its current management team; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2023 (terms not disclosed).
