The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands NORRES's product portfolio and European footprint, creating a broader industrial-hose platform across multiple European markets.

Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF (Nalka) has acquired Norres Baggerman Group (NORRES), a European manufacturer of industrial plastic hoses, from the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund I (advised by Triton). NORRES, headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, employs around 400 people across six production facilities and 15 sales/warehousing sites and serves end markets including agriculture, food & pharma, and plastics processing.

The Conforto family will continue in leadership roles, the manufacturing facility will remain in Italy, and the acquisition expands Industrial Flow Solutions' European footprint and product offering to support growth across Europe, North America and South America.

NB Renaissance Acquires Arbo S.p.A.
