Nalka DACH Investments SA SICAF-RAIF (Nalka) has acquired Norres Baggerman Group (NORRES), a European manufacturer of industrial plastic hoses, from the Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund I (advised by Triton). NORRES, headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, employs around 400 people across six production facilities and 15 sales/warehousing sites and serves end markets including agriculture, food & pharma, and plastics processing.

Nederman Acquires RoboVent

Nederman Holding AB has acquired RoboVent (RoboVent Acquisition, Inc.) — a U.S.-based designer and manufacturer of industrial fume extractors, dust collectors and aftermarket filters — from Rensa Filtration/The Edgewater Funds for approximately SEK 430 million (about $41.9m). The deal expands Nederman’s North American footprint and product capabilities in industrial air filtration and aftermarket services.

Norvestor Acquires Majority Stake in Langer & Laumann

A fund advised by Norvestor Advisory has acquired a majority stake in Langer & Laumann, a German provider of elevator door aftermarket repair kits and spare parts. Norvestor will become the largest shareholder (acquiring from Odewald KMU and the company founders) and plans to support international expansion and buy-and-build initiatives across the Nordics and other European markets; the deal closed on 15 June 2023.

ERIKS North America Acquires Branham Corporation

ERIKS North America (ENA), a portfolio company of LKCM Headwater Investments, has acquired the assets of Branham Corporation, a Louisville-based fabricator and distributor of industrial hoses, gaskets, conveyor belts and related services. The transaction brings Branham's five fabrication/distribution plants, eight sales locations and a team of more than 100 employees into ENA's North American platform to expand geographic coverage and product/service capabilities.
