Valiantys Acquires kreuzwerker's Atlassian Consulting Business

Valiantys, backed by Keensight Capital, has acquired the Atlassian consulting business of German consultancy kreuzwerker to establish a stronger presence in the DACH region. The deal brings kreuzwerker's Atlassian expertise and managed-services capabilities into Valiantys' European operations to accelerate geographic expansion and bolster Enterprise Service Management and cloud migration offerings.
