Delmas Investissements & Participations Acquires Majority Stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone

Delmas Investissements & Participations, a French family investment group, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Acces Industrie from Equistone Partners Europe. Acces Industrie is an independent rental specialist of mobile aerial work platforms and handling equipment that grew to ~650 employees and €140m revenue under Equistone; Delmas says it will consolidate the group's regional roots and pursue national and international development.
