MEIDOH Acquires Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners

MEIDOH Co., Ltd., a Japan-based fastener manufacturer, has acquired Pilgrim Screw Corporation d/b/a Pilgrim Aerospace Fasteners, a Chandler, Arizona-based maker of screws, bolts, rivets and clevis pins for the aerospace market. Pilgrim will continue to be led by its existing management and MEIDOH intends to grow Pilgrim's operations in Chandler to diversify into the aerospace fastener market.
