Churchill Downs Incorporated Acquires Chasers Poker Room (Salem, NH)

Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Chasers Poker Room, a charitable gaming facility in Salem, New Hampshire. The acquisition will enable CDI to expand its historical racing machine operations into New Hampshire (its fourth state for HRMs); closing was expected in Q2 2022 and is subject to New Hampshire Lottery Commission approvals.

Exacta Land Surveyors Acquires H&H Survey Consultants (Summit Park Portfolio Add-on)

Exacta Land Surveyors, a portfolio company of Summit Park, has acquired H&H Survey Consultants, a Florida-based provider of residential and commercial survey services. The deal is an add-on that expands Exacta’s homebuilder and commercial survey capabilities in Central and statewide Florida and brings H&H’s founders and employees into the Exacta platform.

KKR to Acquire Exact Software from Funds Advised by Apax Partners

KKR has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Exact Software from funds advised by Apax Partners. Exact, headquartered in Delft, the Netherlands, is a provider of accounting and ERP software for SMEs and mid-market firms; the company employs ~1,400 people and will consult with its works council prior to closing. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Yext Acquires Hearsay Systems

(together with Clairvest Equity Partners VI) and ECL Entertainment, LLC have acquired Wyoming Downs, a licensed live horse racing and off‑track betting operator headquartered in Evanston, Wyoming. Wyoming Downs operates a racetrack plus 19 off‑track betting locations with over 1,100 gaming terminals across the state; Clairvest called the investment its 66th platform investment and its 15th and final investment from the CEP VI co‑investment pool.
