Rovensa Group has acquired Agro-K, a family-owned U.S. biostimulants developer founded in 1976 and based in Minneapolis. Agro-K will be integrated into Rovensa Next to strengthen Rovensa's biosolutions portfolio and accelerate its expansion in the United States; financial terms were not disclosed.

Olink Proteomics Acquires Agrisera AB

Olink Proteomics AB has acquired Agrisera AB, a Swedish antibody producer, to accelerate development and in‑house production of antibodies for Olink’s PEA immunoassay portfolio. The deal secures supply, lowers cost for customers, and expands Olink’s assay development capabilities by integrating Agrisera’s high-throughput antibody production.

Digigram Acquires OROS

Nutrien Acquires Actagro from Norwest Equity Partners

Corteva Acquires Symborg

Corteva, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Symborg, a Murcia, Spain–based developer and manufacturer of biostimulants, biofertilizers and biocontrols. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Corteva's strategy to build a leading biologicals portfolio and scale Symborg's existing solutions and pipeline globally; financial terms were not disclosed.

Veransa Group (backed by RFE Investment Partners) Acquires Consolidated Resource Recovery and Florida Organic Solutions

Veransa Group, a newly formed operating platform backed by RFE Investment Partners, has acquired Consolidated Resource Recovery, Inc. (CRR) and Florida Organic Solutions, Inc. (FOS) to create a vertically integrated green-waste compost manufacturer in Florida. The deal brings together the state's largest yard waste collection/recycling network with a leading organic compost manufacturer to scale industrial compost and mulch production across the Tampa Bay / Florida market.
