Images (IDI), a manufacturer of durable and graphic-intensive product identification labels headquartered in Brunswick, Ohio. Sole Source said it will provide capital and integration expertise to support IDI's buy-and-build growth across North America; terms were not disclosed.

The add-on transactions (terms undisclosed) expand IDI’s product capabilities in durable, track-and-trace, and pressure-sensitive labels and add multiple production sites serving food & beverage, healthcare, grocery and logistics end markets.
