Gildan Activewear Acquires Peds Legwear Inc.

Gildan Activewear Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Peds Legwear Inc. for $55 million in cash. The acquisition adds the Peds and MediPeds brands, a North Carolina manufacturing and distribution facility, and roughly $80 million in annual sales to Gildan’s apparel portfolio, enabling broader distribution and access to the footwear channel.

Lax.com Acquires Universal Lacrosse

AccuQuilt (TekBrands/WILsquare) Acquires June Tailor Assets

UPPAbaby Acquires 4moms (Asset Purchase from Thorley Industries)

Playmaker Capital Acquires Two-Up Agency

Playmaker Capital Inc. acquired Two-Up Agency Ltd., a London- and Krakow-based digital product agency serving the online gaming and sports betting industries. The acquisition (100% of Two-Up) expands Playmaker's technology capabilities and integrates Two-Up's products into Playmaker Bench; consideration was up to US$5.75 million including cash, shares and earn-outs.
