QGistix Acquires Green Wave Computer Recycling (forming Green Wave Electronics)

QGistix, a reverse-logistics and electronics lifecycle management company based in Atlanta, acquired Green Wave Computer Recycling of Indianapolis and combined the businesses under the name Green Wave Electronics. The deal expands the combined company's e-waste recycling, data-destruction and refurbishment capabilities and extends its geographic footprint from the Midwest into the Southeast, creating a business with more than 250 employees and 300,000 square feet of facilities.
