Quadient Acquires Beanworks

Quadient has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Beanworks, a Vancouver-based SaaS provider of accounts payable automation, for slightly above €70 million. The acquisition will give Quadient a majority stake (~96%) in Beanworks, adding AP automation capabilities to Quadient's software suite and enabling cross-selling across its global customer base.
