Qualcomm Technologies to Acquire NUVIA for About $1.4 Billion

Qualcomm announced that its subsidiary Qualcomm Technologies entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NUVIA for approximately $1.4 billion, subject to working capital and other adjustments. The deal will bring NUVIA’s CPU and SoC design team into Qualcomm to expand Snapdragon computing performance and power efficiency for next-generation devices.
