UniTek Global Services, Inc., a digital infrastructure services provider backed by New Mountain Finance Corporation and affiliates and BTG Pactual Strategic Capital, acquired Concurrent Utility Services LLC. Concurrent is a licensed general and electrical contractor serving electric utilities, telecom providers, and land developers across the U.S. Southeast, and will continue operating under its established brand.

Concurrent Utility Services Acquires Atlantic Utility Constructors, Inc.

Concurrent Utility Services, a Sanford, Florida-based provider of power and telecom construction and maintenance services, has acquired Atlantic Utility Constructors, Inc., a Melbourne, Florida utility contractor. The deal expands Concurrent's geographic footprint into central and northeast Florida and broadens its underground construction and telecom/fiber installation capabilities.

Qualus Acquires Phoenix Engineering Services, Inc.

The acquisition expands Qualus’s service offerings—adding relay and substation testing, NERC PRC studies, panel building and utility software development—to strengthen capabilities for utility, municipal, commercial and renewable clients.

QualTek Acquires Urban Cable Technology

Lee Electrical Construction, headquartered in Aberdeen, North Carolina, provides power line construction, transmission/substation and storm restoration services to investor-owned utilities, electric cooperatives, municipalities, and industrial customers across the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States; Founders Advisors advised Lee on the sale.
