Qualus Corporation has acquired dk Engineering, a Walnut Creek, California-based multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm that supports utilities and renewable energy developers across the western U.S. The deal adds dk’s advisory, planning, geospatial, modeling and construction management capabilities to Qualus’ power infrastructure services and expands Qualus’ regional footprint and technical capabilities.
