Quigley Eye Specialists, a New Harbor Capital portfolio company, has partnered with Beraja Medical Institute and Douglas Surgery Center (collectively "BMI") to establish Quigley’s presence in Miami‑Dade County. The transaction is an add‑on expansion that brings BMI into Quigley’s Florida footprint (joining 19 other locations) and expands access to ophthalmology and surgical services in Southeast Florida.
