Angelo Gordon and Westmont Hospitality Group acquired Room Mate S.A. following the completion of the company's financial restructuring and the court-approved sale of its productive unit. The buyers agreed to maintain Room Mate's workforce of over 400 employees and assume nearly €40 million in commitments with lessors, suppliers, and clients as they pursue a turnaround and growth of the hotel brand.

KKR Acquires Roompot Group from PAI Partners

Global investment firm KKR has agreed to acquire Roompot Group, a leading European holiday parks operator and the #1 operator in the Netherlands, from PAI Partners. The deal, subject to customary closing conditions, will support Roompot's further development into a pan-European operator and build on its recent growth under PAI's ownership; financial terms were not disclosed.
