Roompot has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Landal GreenParks from Awaze (a Platinum Equity portfolio company). The deal transfers Landal's ~100 holiday parks across continental Europe to Roompot (a KKR-backed operator) as Awaze focuses on its managed vacation rentals business.

PAI Partners to Acquire The Looping Group

The Paris-headquartered operator runs 18 regional leisure parks across eight European countries and will partner with Looping’s management team to drive further organic growth and add to the group’s portfolio.

KKR Acquires Majority Stake in Refresco

KKR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Refresco Group B.V., the global independent beverage contract manufacturer headquartered in Rotterdam. Existing investors PAI Partners and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation will remain significant minority shareholders; transaction terms were not disclosed. KKR said it will support Refresco's expansion of its global footprint, sustainability initiatives and M&A strategy.

KKR Acquires The Parking Spot from Green Courte Partners

KKR has acquired The Parking Spot, the leading U.S. near-airport parking operator, from an affiliate of Green Courte Partners. The Parking Spot operates 47 near-airport parking properties across major U.S. airports; financial terms were not disclosed and the company’s management will remain in place as KKR pursues further growth through its Global Infrastructure Strategy.

KKR Acquires Minority Stake in Etraveli Group

KKR's Strategic Investments Group has acquired a significant minority stake in Stockholm-based flight technology firm Etraveli Group from CVC Capital Partners. The investment will provide partnership capital to support Etraveli's continued product and geographic expansion of its Flight Tech Platform, which powers brands such as Gotogate, Mytrip and Tripstack and processes billions in annual flight sales.
