KKR Acquires Roompot Group from PAI Partners

Global investment firm KKR has agreed to acquire Roompot Group, a leading European holiday parks operator and the #1 operator in the Netherlands, from PAI Partners. The deal, subject to customary closing conditions, will support Roompot's further development into a pan-European operator and build on its recent growth under PAI's ownership; financial terms were not disclosed.

Pollen Street Capital to acquire Keylane Group from Waterland Private Equity

Pollen Street Capital has agreed to acquire all shares in Keylane Group B.V. from Waterland Private Equity, subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals. Pollen Street plans to accelerate Keylane's organic growth, support further accretive M&A and invest in the development of Keylane's SaaS core insurance and pensions technology to strengthen its pan‑European position.

Camping World Acquires Van Boxtel RV

Camping World Holdings, Inc. has agreed to acquire Van Boxtel RV in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2023. The deal will increase Camping World's Wisconsin locations to seven and adds sales, over 30 service bays, a collision center, seasonal rentals and a parts and accessories store at the Green Bay site.

Bregal Freshstream Acquires Away Resorts from LDC

Bregal Freshstream has agreed to acquire a majority stake in UK holiday park operator Away Resorts from LDC, which will retain a minority shareholding. Away Resorts operates six resorts across the UK, generated £63m revenue in 2018 and has grown employees to around 950; the new investor plans a further £25m of investment to accelerate expansion.

Verdant Leisure Acquires Erigmore Leisure Park

Verdant Leisure, the Palatine-backed holiday park operator, has acquired Erigmore Estate (Erigmore Leisure Park) in Birnam, Perthshire, adding roughly 200 pitches and bringing the group's portfolio to ten parks across Scotland and North East England. The deal is the sixth bolt-on since Palatine Private Equity invested in Verdant in April 2016 and supports the company's buy-and-build strategy to scale regionally.
