ECI Software Solutions Acquires ES Tech Group

ECI Software Solutions has completed the acquisition of ES Tech Group, a U.K.-based B2B eCommerce software and services company. The deal expands ECI's cloud-based eCommerce portfolio and brings ES Tech's platform and growth-agency capabilities into ECI's suite to better serve SME manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers.

Cisco Acquires Fluidmesh Networks

Cisco announced its intent to acquire Fluidmesh Networks to strengthen Cisco's industrial wireless and Industrial IoT offerings, adding Fluidmesh's wireless backhaul technology for on-the-move assets (trains, subways, ports). The deal was expected to close in Cisco's fiscal Q4 2020 and the Fluidmesh team will join Cisco's IoT business to accelerate deployments in rail, mining, ports and other industrial markets.

Synergy ECP Acquires NetServices

Synergy ECP, a Columbia, Maryland-based federal IT and cybersecurity provider, has acquired NetServices, a nearly 30-year provider of secure technology solutions for defense, intelligence, and federal civilian customers. The transaction was supported by Synergy ECP's financial partner Falfurrias Management Partners and expands Synergy's technical capabilities across cloud migration, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and enterprise IT operations.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires BOLT Software

The deal closed on October 2 (terms not disclosed); ECI said it will invest in product development, go-to-market and customer success to accelerate BOLT’s growth.

Global-e Acquires Flow Commerce

InflowCX Acquires NetFore Systems
