The acquisition brings Minokaw's employees and 30+ tribal clients into Momentum's footprint to expand its Laserfiche implementation, support capabilities and tribal/public-sector customer base; terms were not disclosed.

Deacom will join ECI's Manufacturing Division and be leveraged as ECI's global platform for serving batch and process manufacturers; terms were not disclosed.

Futura Title & Escrow, a JM Family Enterprises company headquartered in Boise, Idaho, has acquired Momentum Title Agency, a Jeffersonville, Indiana-based provider of title examinations and residential and commercial closing services. Angle Advisors served as exclusive investment banking advisor to Momentum; the founders Mike (James Michael) and Laurie Kemp are exiting as part of the transaction, and Momentum's ~28 associates will join the Futura family.

Millennium, a Delavan, Wisconsin–based broadband solutions provider, has acquired DeBauche Communications Services to strengthen its engineering and design capabilities for fiber-optic network builds across the U.S. The acquisition adds DeBauche’s 16 years of outside-plant engineering and GIS experience in multiple states and is intended to accelerate Millennium’s fiber-to-the-home projects for local and regional providers.

AMCS Acquires Dossier Systems, Inc.

AMCS, a global supplier of integrated software and vehicle technology for the waste, recycling and resource industries, has acquired Philadelphia-based Dossier Systems, a provider of cloud-based fleet maintenance management software. The deal brings Dossier's team of almost 50 employees and over 750 customers into AMCS to expand its fleet maintenance capabilities and integrate Dossier's SaaS solution with AMCS's platform.
