Inland Pipe Rehabilitation (IPR), a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of Granite Inliner and affiliated companies from Granite Construction Incorporated. The add-on expands IPR's trenchless pipe rehabilitation capabilities (CIPP, UV-cured liners, geopolymer solutions and manhole renewal), adds manufacturing and R&D capabilities, and broadens the combined company's geographic presence across North America.

Platinum Equity Acquires Controlling Stake in Inventia Healthcare

Platinum Equity has acquired a controlling stake in Inventia Healthcare Limited's core Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) business from India Life Sciences Fund III (advised by InvAscent), NYLIM Jacob Ballas India Fund III and affiliates of the founding Shah family, with the Shah family retaining a minority stake. Headquartered in Mumbai, Inventia is a U.S. FDA- and MHRA-accredited contract manufacturer and developer of generic OSD products serving more than 100 customers across 40+ countries; Platinum plans to expand the business organically and via add-on acquisitions.

ECI Partners Acquires Independent Governance Group (IGG)

ECI Partners has acquired Independent Governance Group (IGG), the UK provider of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services; LDC has exited its majority stake but has reinvested alongside ECI. Crescent Capital's European Specialty Lending strategy led the debt financing to support the transaction. IGG employs more than 200 people, serves 386 pension schemes with around £324bn of assets and will pursue further organic growth and acquisitions under ECI's ownership.

Keensight Capital Acquires Inke from Neuraxpharm

Keensight Capital has signed a binding agreement to acquire Inke, a Spain-based specialist developer and manufacturer of inhalation active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), from Neuraxpharm Group; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in May 2023. Neuraxpharm divested Inke to sharpen its focus on CNS therapies, while Keensight will support Inke's management team to expand its footprint, broaden its offering and grow its product portfolio.
