Century Park Capital Partners Recapitalizes Accelalpha and Adds Prolog Partners

Century Park Capital Partners completed a majority recapitalization of Accelalpha, a Bellevue-based Oracle-focused IT and business consulting firm, in partnership with founder and CEO Nat Ganesh and the Accelalpha management team. Century Park subsequently invested in and merged Prolog Partners (Atlanta) as an add-on to build a cloud IT services platform; financing for the transactions was provided by Cadence Bank, Graycliff Partners and ORIX Private Equity Solutions.
