TJC, L.P. (The Jordan Company) has acquired Industrial Service Group Holdings, LLC (The Industrial Service Group) in a sale from KCM Capital Partners, with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital, and ISG management among the sellers. The transaction represents the exit of KCM's buy-and-build investment in ISG, a provider of recurring outsourced MRO services and rotating equipment repair, service and distribution for industrial end markets.

TJC L.P. Acquires Delrin from DuPont

TJC L.P. (The Jordan Company) completed the acquisition of an 80.1% controlling interest in Delrin from DuPont, launching Delrin as an independent, standalone homopolymer business. Under TJC ownership, Delrin will operate independently with new leadership appointments and a focus on investing in technology, capabilities and growth across mobility, healthcare, material handling, industrial automation and consumer end markets.

RoundTable Healthcare Partners has acquired DDS Lab, a Tampa-based national dental laboratory that provides fixed crown and bridge, removable, implant and orthodontic products to over 11,000 dentists across the U.S. The deal — sold by prior investors Blue Sea Capital and CITIC Capital Partners — will serve as a platform investment for RoundTable to expand capabilities and investments in digital manufacturing and customer service; financial terms were not disclosed.

TJC, LP Acquires Insulation Technology Group from PHI Industrial

TJC, LP (formerly The Jordan Company) has acquired Insulation Technology Group (ITG), a global manufacturer of high‑voltage porcelain insulators, from PHI Industrial. ITG, formed from the LAPP and PPC brands, employs more than 1,200 people with production facilities in the United States, Europe and Brazil; TJC said it will support the company’s continued expansion into utility and electrification markets.
