Lewisville, Texas-based property services firm MCS has acquired Chain Store Maintenance (CSM), a commercial facilities services company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The acquisition makes CSM the interior commercial property services platform within MCS, expanding MCS's interior and exterior facility service offerings and enhancing its ability to serve commercial and residential customers through an expanded vendor network and self-performing service centers.

Scopes Facility Services, a portfolio company of Westbridge Capital Ltd., has closed the acquisition of Creative Maintenance Systems (CMS), a California-based janitorial and commercial cleaning provider headquartered in Irvine. The add-on expands Scopes' service capabilities and local footprint in California, bringing CMS's ~250 staff and janitorial, floor/carpet, pressure washing and disinfectant cleaning services into the Scopes platform.

CCS Facility Services (Silver Oak) Acquires Total Cleaning Systems

CCS Facility Services, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Milwaukee-based Total Cleaning Systems. The acquisition expands CCS' footprint into the Midwest and brings Total Cleaning's floor/carpet care and facility maintenance capabilities into CCS' engineering arm. Total Cleaning, founded in 1969, will continue serving education, healthcare, industrial and commercial real estate customers under CCS.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services Acquires Hospitality Staffing Solutions

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), backed by an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, acquired Hospitality Staffing Solutions (HSS), a provider of outsourced housekeeping and related staffing services for the hospitality sector. HSS—headquartered in Atlanta and operating in 38 states plus Puerto Rico—will operate as a division of KBS to expand KBS's hospitality service capabilities and national scale.
