The add-on expands SES's geographic reach into the Southern Mid-Atlantic (Central Virginia), brings approximately 50 employees and 75 customers into the SES platform, and underscores Palladium's strategy of growing SES via tuck-in acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

The add-on acquisition expands Eqlipse's technical capabilities for Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement customers; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q4 2023.
