Crestone Services Group, a Denver-based communications and utility services platform, acquired Dillie & Kuhn (a turnkey communications contractor in Southern Colorado) and Agave Underground Utility (an underground specialty contractor in Phoenix, Arizona). The transactions are add-on acquisitions to expand Crestone's capacity and market share across Southern Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona and to bolster its Arizona business (DSI) for increased FTTP and 5G wireline work.
