Clearlake Capital Acquires Innovative XCessories & Services (IXS) from Olympus Partners

Clearlake Capital Group, in partnership with IXS management, has agreed to acquire Innovative XCessories & Services LLC (IXS) from Olympus Partners. IXS is a provider of spray-on protective coatings and vehicle upfit services (including the LINE-X franchisor network), and Clearlake plans to support the company's accelerated organic growth and strategic acquisitions; the deal is expected to close in the first quarter and terms were not disclosed.
