Blue Star Innovation Partners has acquired a majority stake in TravelNet Solutions (TNS), a Minneapolis‑based provider of Track Hospitality Software and related vacation‑rental platforms. The investment will be used to accelerate product development, expand support and hiring, and pursue M&A to add complementary solutions; TNS's existing leadership remains in place and VTrips exited its stake.

Consolidated Hospitality Supplies Holdings (CHS), a platform backed by HCI Equity Partners, acquired the inventory and select North American operating assets of American Hotel Register Company — including the Registry brand. The deal combines CHS's Amtex business with American Hotel assets to create a larger hospitality supplies platform, expanding product range, national fulfillment capability and market share; financial terms were not disclosed.

Blueground Acquires Travelers Haven

Alliance Ground International Acquires Airport Terminal Services

Alliance Ground International (AGI) has acquired Airport Terminal Services (ATS), adding 49 locations across the United States and Canada and marking AGI's first entry into passenger/terminal operations. ATS, founded in 1975 and based in St. Louis, Missouri, has more than 5,500 employees and provides full-range ground handling, cargo handling, refuelling, de-icing and lounge/concierge services.

Mohari Hospitality Acquires Tao Group Hospitality

Mohari Hospitality has completed the acquisition of Tao Group Hospitality, purchasing the company from Sphere Entertainment Co. and other limited partners. The deal brings Tao's global portfolio of restaurants, nightclubs and entertainment venues into Mohari's luxury hospitality platform and is supported by debt financing led by Monarch Alternative Capital.

Paradies Lagardère Acquires Tastes on the Fly from H.I.G. Capital

Paradies Lagardère (part of Lagardère Travel Retail) has acquired airport food & beverage operator Tastes on the Fly from H.I.G. Capital. The acquisition expands Paradies Lagardère’s North American dining footprint by adding Tastes on the Fly’s 25 concepts across five major airports; terms were not disclosed and the existing management team will remain in place.
