Stord Acquires ProPack Logistics

Stord has acquired ProPack Logistics, a temperature-controlled fulfillment provider serving the nutrition and supplement industry, adding six refrigerated warehouses across the United States and Canada. The deal expands Stord’s omnichannel fulfillment footprint and capabilities, increasing its total fulfillment capacity and accelerating revenue and volume scale for DTC and B2B customers.

STOK Acquires BEWI's Packaging Trading Business (BEWI Food)

STOK, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has entered into a binding agreement to acquire BEWI's trading business ("BEWI Food"), a leading distributor of food packaging in Norway and Iceland. The deal is STOK's first add-on since AMCE's April 2024 investment and is intended to create a leading packaging distributor across Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Greenland, with combined pro forma sales of ~€190m in 2024.

Insight Equity Acquires Eddy Packing Company

An affiliate of Insight Equity has acquired Eddy Packing Company, a Yoakum, Texas-based value-added processor of smoked, cooked and fresh pork, beef and poultry products. Patriot Capital provided subordinated debt and an equity co-investment to support the transaction; Insight Equity is partnering with incumbent management and industry veteran Jim Reed as CEO to pursue facility improvements and growth into new markets.

Todd McCullough Acquires Prime Label KC

Premium Brands Holdings Corporation completed the acquisition of Stampede Culinary Partners, Inc. for approximately US$688.0 million, funded with cash, issued shares and debt. The purchase from Wynnchurch Capital expands Premium Brands’ U.S. branded and customized cooked-protein capabilities and adds significant production capacity across multiple U.S. and Canadian facilities.
