The Macomb Group Acquires Woodhill Supply

The Macomb Group Inc., a Michigan-based PVF and plumbing supplies distributor, has acquired the operations and real estate of Woodhill Supply Inc., a Willoughby, Ohio-based plumbing/HVAC supply distributor with a second branch in Cleveland. The deal expands Macomb Group’s footprint in Northeast Ohio and adds a large distribution hub (about 300,000 sq. ft.) to improve service and product capabilities for local contractor and industrial customers.

The deal adds nine branch locations to The Granite Group's New England footprint and will keep Premier Supply Group's brands and showroom operating under their current names in the near term during an eventual rebrand and operational integration.
