The Macomb Group Inc., a Michigan-based PVF and plumbing supplies distributor, has acquired the operations and real estate of Woodhill Supply Inc., a Willoughby, Ohio-based plumbing/HVAC supply distributor with a second branch in Cleveland. The deal expands Macomb Group’s footprint in Northeast Ohio and adds a large distribution hub (about 300,000 sq. ft.) to improve service and product capabilities for local contractor and industrial customers.

Leap Partners Acquires Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling

Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home services platform, has acquired Greensboro-based Master Plumbers Heating and Cooling to strengthen its presence in North Carolina. Atlanta-based private equity firm Grove Mountain Partners launched Service Country LLC, a home‑services platform, and completed the acquisition/partnership with McGee Heating and Air, a residential HVAC provider operating five locations in Georgia and South Carolina. McGee’s management, led by President Robert Kesler, will remain with significant equity; the platform will provide shared marketing, technology, training, and procurement support to drive growth across the Southeastern US.

Southern Home Services Acquires George M. Hill & Sons

Southern HVAC Corporation (d/b/a Southern Home Services) acquired George M. Hill & Sons, a long-established residential heating and air conditioning business in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and will merge the business with Five Star Plumbing Heating & Cooling to expand service offerings in the Greenville–Spartanburg market. The deal brings the local 75+ year-old firm into Southern's platform of home-service brands as an add-on to support geographic and capability expansion.

H.I.G. Capital to Acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating Business

H.I.G. Capital has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Travis Perkins Plc's Plumbing & Heating business (P&H) in a divestiture valued at approximately £325 million. The carved-out business, which trades under City Plumbing Supplies and Plumbing Trade Solutions and operates more than 350 branches across the UK and Ireland with over 3,000 employees, will be transitioned to an independent company to accelerate customer-focused growth under H.I.G.'s ownership.
