Kofile, a Dallas-based provider of digital transformation services for local governments and a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired SeamlessDocs, a New York City–based digital forms and workflow automation provider for government agencies. The add-on expands Kofile's cloud-enabled suite of applications to accelerate digitization of government services, including e-filing, e-signature and online payments.
