Livingbridge Acquires Majority Stake in World of Books Group

Livingbridge has acquired a majority stake in World of Books Group from Bridges Fund Management, with Bridges retaining a minority position and an option to reinvest alongside Livingbridge. World of Books, a B-Corp re-commerce platform headquartered in Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex, operates World of Books, Ziffit and Shopiago and will use Livingbridge's support to scale international expansion, grow direct sourcing and invest further in automation and technology.
