All Star Auto Lights, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, has acquired Blackburn OEM Wheel Solutions, a leading U.S. distributor of new and refurbished OEM steel and alloy wheels based in Macedonia, Ohio. The deal expands All Star's capabilities beyond lighting into a newly created Wheels Division—combining Blackburn with previously acquired Jante Wheel and Perfection Wheel—and strengthens its national distribution footprint for collision shops, tire/service centers, rental car and auction customers.

BBB Industries (Clearlake-backed) Acquires All Star Auto Parts from Atlantic Street Capital

BBB Industries, a Clearlake-backed sustainable manufacturer, has acquired All Star Auto Parts, a remanufacturer and distributor of automotive lights and wheels headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The deal, completed in August 2024, was an add-on acquisition to strengthen BBB's electronics and aftermarket product offering; terms were not disclosed. Atlantic Street Capital sold All Star after partnering with the company since 2019.

Stinger, a Clearwater, Florida-based designer and manufacturer of vehicle aftermarket solutions, has acquired the assets of Race Sport Lighting, a U.S. LED automotive and powersports lighting brand. The acquisition will integrate Race Sport Lighting's product portfolio into Stinger’s lighting, infotainment and safety offerings to expand capabilities and broaden aftermarket and commercial vehicle lighting solutions.
