The deals broaden All Star’s replacement product offering for parts distributors, collision repair centers and direct consumers and add operational capability in wheel remanufacturing and distribution.

The deal, completed in August 2024, was an add-on acquisition to strengthen BBB's electronics and aftermarket product offering; terms were not disclosed. Atlantic Street Capital sold All Star after partnering with the company since 2019.

The deal creates a standalone Remy aftermarket business with David Nichols named president of the North American company.
