Zadarma, a global cloud communications provider, has acquired Megacall, a Malaga-based VoIP provider, to expand its footprint across Europe. The acquisition brings Megacall customers access to Zadarma’s updated interface, AI and speech-analytics tools, virtual phone numbers, cloud PBX, CRM features and extended API integrations, and advances Zadarma’s international expansion strategy.

Zadara Acquires NeoKarm

Zadara, the Irvine-based edge cloud and storage-as-a-service provider, has acquired NeoKarm to integrate NeoKarm’s multi-cloud hybrid platform and Stratoscale-derived software IP into Zadara’s cloud platform. The deal brings NeoKarm’s engineering team (including CEO Simon Grinberg) into Zadara to accelerate on-demand private compute offerings for MSPs and enterprise customers.

Infobip Acquires Peerless Network

Infobip, the global cloud communications (CPaaS) platform headquartered in Croatia, has completed the acquisition of U.S.-based VoIP provider Peerless Network for around $200 million. The deal expands Infobip’s U.S. footprint and voice capabilities, combining Peerless’s nationwide voice network with Infobip’s global messaging and CPaaS offerings to create an end-to-end omnichannel communications solution.

The deal transfers DiRAD’s Nextphone clients to TeleCloud as the company seeks to grow its SMB-focused managed communications business and extend its 24/7 white-glove support offering.
