Zadarma, a global cloud communications provider, has acquired Megacall, a Malaga-based VoIP provider, to expand its footprint across Europe. The acquisition brings Megacall customers access to Zadarma’s updated interface, AI and speech-analytics tools, virtual phone numbers, cloud PBX, CRM features and extended API integrations, and advances Zadarma’s international expansion strategy.
