Cianbro Acquires R. C. Stevens Construction Co.

Cianbro, a 100% employee-owned construction and construction services company headquartered in Pittsfield, Maine, has acquired R. C. Stevens Construction Co., a Winter Garden, Florida-based construction firm founded in 1926. The acquisition, which closed April 1, 2022, expands Cianbro’s permanent presence in the southeastern United States and is intended to support R. C. Stevens’ growth while preserving its leadership and team under an employee-ownership structure.
