Sandbrook Capital with PSP & IMCO Acquires NeXtWind

Sandbrook Capital, together with co-investors PSP Investments and the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), has signed an agreement to acquire German renewable energy company NeXtWind. The consortium will commit up to US$750 million of equity to support NeXtWind's strategy to acquire and repower onshore wind farms and scale the business as a leading renewable independent power producer in Germany.
