Equistone Acquires Majority Stake in SF-Filter AG

Funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe have acquired a majority stake in SF-Filter AG, a Swiss-based independent distributor of mobile and industrial filters. The company was sold by existing investor Ambienta, management retains a significant stake via an MBO, and Equistone will pursue accelerated organic growth and a targeted buy-&-build strategy to expand SF-Filter's European footprint and e-commerce capabilities.

(the Filtration Business Unit) from Sogefi S.p.A.; the business will operate as Purflux Group.
