Round Table Capital Partners (RTC) completed an acquisition of Hull & Associates, a Dublin, Ohio-based environmental and engineering consulting firm, to serve as the platform for RTC's new Environmental practice. Southfield Mezzanine provided unitranche debt and equity to support the transaction; management will remain involved with Craig Kasper moving to Executive VP and RTC naming Gerry Salontai to lead the platform.

Commercial Energy Specialists Holdings LLC (CES Holdings), a platform backed by Turning Basin Capital Partners and Vigeo Investments, acquired Duffield Aquatics, Inc., a full-service provider of water treatment programs for commercial and institutional pools based in Anderson, South Carolina. The add-on expands CES Holdings' geographic footprint and strengthens its market position across the Southeastern United States; terms were not disclosed and the deal closed January 14, 2022.

RailWorks Corp. Acquires H&H Engineering Construction

RailWorks Corp., a Bernhard Capital Partners-backed specialty rail contractor, has acquired H&H Engineering Construction, a rail maintenance and construction contractor operating in the Western United States. The acquisition expands RailWorks' West Coast presence and capabilities, and allows H&H to leverage RailWorks' flash butt welding resources and broader maintenance-of-way platform.
