Round Table Capital Partners (RTC) expanded its national AEC platform—originally launched with the acquisition of Hull & Associates—by acquiring Duffield Associates and HSW Consulting/HSW Engineering. Southfield Mezzanine provided follow-on unitranche debt and equity to support the RTC-led transactions, creating a combined firm with enhanced environmental, energy, water and civil infrastructure capabilities across multiple U.S. states.

Southfield Mezzanine Capital provided a unitranche debt and equity financing package to support the acquisition; senior leadership from DHS will join Anser in key executive roles.

Stellex Capital Management Acquires RTC Aerospace

Ryan Acquires RTC Consulting

The acquisition expands Ryan’s SR&ED technical expertise and service offering in Canada; RTC founder Peter Kustec will join Ryan as a Principal in the firm’s SR&ED practice.

Halle Capital-backed True Environmental Acquires Triton Environmental, Inc.

The deal is an add-on to True’s platform to expand capabilities and accelerate growth while providing a liquidity pathway for Triton’s ownership; Triton’s founder Chris Marchesi will remain during a transition period.
