Learning.com has acquired Codesters, bringing Codesters' web-based Python curriculum and the previously acquired Vidcode offering into Learning.com's platform. The acquisition integrates the Codesters team (with founder Gordon Smith joining as VP of Product Strategy) and expands Learning.com's K-12 computer science and digital literacy offerings to its existing customer base.

BYJU'S Acquires Tynker

Skillsoft Acquires Codecademy

Skillsoft acquired Codecademy in a transaction valued at approximately $525 million in cash and stock, combining Codecademy's interactive coding platform and roughly 40 million registered learners with Skillsoft’s enterprise learning business. The deal expands Skillsoft’s Technology & Developer capabilities, creates cross‑selling opportunities across Skillsoft’s large corporate customer base, and is expected to be immediately accretive to bookings, revenue growth, and gross margins.

Eagle Merchant Partners Acquires Code Ninjas

Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners completed its acquisition of Code Ninjas, the world’s largest kids’ coding franchise. Eagle had made a prior minority investment and will now support accelerated unit growth and international expansion of Code Ninjas’ franchise network (345 locations across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom).

Tutor Doctor Acquires Code Wiz

The deal will allow Tutor Doctor to expand its afterschool STEM offerings and accelerate Code Wiz’s franchise growth using Tutor Doctor’s franchise management infrastructure.

Udemy Acquires CorpU
