Energy Capital Partners (ECP) has acquired a majority interest in PROENERGY Holdings, a vertically integrated aeroderivative gas turbine platform with a 2.4 GW fleet of contracted peakers and global turbine services. PowerGEM Acquires Cambridge Energy Solutions
