Wind Point Partners has acquired Clock Spring Company, Inc. and Neptune Research, LLC and merged them into a single platform named ClockSpring|NRI. The combined Houston-based business will manufacture composite repair products, insertion valves and gaskets for pipeline, petrochemical, water and civil infrastructure markets; Palm Beach Capital will exit its investment and Wind Point plans to grow the business via new products, capabilities and add-on acquisitions.

North Central Equity Acquires Sunrise Fiberglass

North Central Equity LLC, a Minneapolis-based privately owned holding company, has acquired Sunrise Fiberglass LLC, a Wyoming, Minnesota manufacturer of custom-fabricated fiberglass components and assemblies for OEMs. North Central plans to expand Sunrise's sales and marketing efforts and install leadership from its operating companies to grow the business.

Pavion Acquires RFI Enterprises, Inc.

Norwest Equity Partners Acquires QTI Fibers from Highlander Partners

Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) completed a transaction to acquire QTI Fibers, a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of technical fibers, fabrics and coated materials, on July 1, 2022. NEP intends to support product, customer and end-market expansion at QTI, which operates major manufacturing facilities in Dothan, Alabama and Colfax, North Carolina; management will be led by Allen Smith (CEO) with Roger Arciniega as Non‑Executive Chairman.

Hydrite Acquires Fife Water Services and Precision Polymer Corporation

Hydrite, a family-owned manufacturer and supplier of chemicals, has acquired Fife Water Services Inc., a water treatment products and automation supplier based in O'Fallon, Missouri, and Precision Polymer Corporation, a custom blend/formulation manufacturer with locations in Dumas, Texas and Greeley, Colorado. The acquisitions (effective April 26, 2024) expand Hydrite's capabilities and market reach in water and wastewater treatment—particularly in food processing—by adding automation, water-care chemistry, and polymer blending expertise.

TI Fluid Systems Acquires Cascade Engineering Europe from Cascade Engineering, Inc.

TI Fluid Systems has acquired Cascade Engineering Europe (CEE), the Budapest‑based plastics and thermal fluid connector business, from Cascade Engineering, Inc. CEE — a designer and manufacturer of complex injection‑molded automotive thermal fluid connectors with ~300 employees — will be integrated into TI Fluid Systems to expand its thermal connector capabilities and support growth in electric vehicle applications. Angle Advisors acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Cascade Engineering in the transaction.
