Beacon EmbeddedWorks, a discoverIE Group company, has acquired Diamond Technologies, Inc. (DTI), a Hudson, Massachusetts-based provider of customized data-collection, automation, and industrial communications solutions. DTI will continue to operate under its brand from Hudson and will join Beacon's US-based embedded technology cluster to expand Beacon's embedded product portfolio and data-capture capabilities for regulated and industrial customers.

Eurofins Scientific Acquires Beacon Discovery

Eurofins Scientific has agreed to acquire Beacon Discovery, a San Diego–based drug discovery CRO specializing in GPCR research and compound libraries. The acquisition expands Eurofins Discovery’s integrated drug discovery capabilities, adding GPCR expertise and proprietary compound resources to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks subject to customary conditions.
