Beacon Communications LLC, a Littleton, Colorado–based critical communications and security provider, has acquired Comtel Systems Technology, a family-owned communications and security systems integrator serving Northern California. The deal brings Comtel's ~87 employees and expertise in healthcare, education and commercial systems into Beacon's platform to expand its capabilities and presence in Northern California.
